Mandatory Compliances of a Partnership Firm

Partnership firms are relatively easy to start and are prevalent amongst small and medium sized businesses in the unorganized sectors. Partnership Firms can be registered merely by a simple partnership deed by obtaining a stamp paper. There is another way, where the Partnership Firm can be registered under the Registrar of Firms.

With the introduction of Limited Liability Partnerships in India, Partnership Firms are losing their prevalence due to the added advantages offered by a Limited Liability Partnership.
