  1. CENTRAL LICENSE:

This license is mandatory for large-scale food businesses that operate in multiple states or engage in import/export of food products. It involves more stringent compliance requirements and is aimed at ensuring national standards are met.

  • Food or Health Supplements and Nutraceuticals etc.
  • Manufacturing or Supplying of Proprietary food.
  • Non-specified food and food ingredients.
  • Business of Radiation Processing of Food.
  • e-Commerce
  • Import of export of goods

HOW TO OBTAIN FSSAI REGISTRATION

Obtaining FSSAI registration involves a systematic process. It can be applied online through the FSSAI portal with requisite documents such as identity proof, address proof, food safety management plan, and payment of fees. After submission, application undergoes scrutiny, and upon approval, applicant will receive your registration certificate.
